Kentucky Association for Community Action represents the twenty-three community action agencies that provide social services to low and moderate income families in all 120 counties of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.

Community Action Agencies have been mobilizing federal, state, local and private resources to combat poverty and increase self-sufficiency for over thirty-five years.

The Association assists local community action agencies by operating programs, offering extensive technical assistance services and serving as an advocate for low-income Kentuckians.

This site is organized to help you access information about the programs and services that KACA offers and operates as a state association. This site will also have information on the services and programs of the twenty-three local community action agencies as well. In addition, you can access a variety of reports and publications.
